I started Grass Ninjas after retiring from the Marine Corps because it's what I've wanted to do for a long time. I tried starting a lawn service while I was active duty but too much travel kept that dream from coming to fruition. I've heard many story's and complaints from some of my customers about other "lawn guys" not showing up or taking forever to produce an invoice so when they did finally receive an invoice, they owed $275. My goal is to provide you the best possible customer service, provide you an invoice the day of service and if I've done something wrong, hopefully you will bring it to my attention so I can fix it right away. Lastly, if there is a "rain day" I will call you to let you know that I won't be there and to also tell you what day I will be there.
